While we recently joined forces to found Full Send, our journey to deliver value to our clients started over 25 years ago. The Full Send team has proudly closed more than 500 transactions, showcasing an incredible mix of brands and companies from a wide range of industries.

Shahriar "Shar" Attaie

Managing Director, Founder

Shar has executed a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and capital raises over a career spanning 25 years.

Shar has worked on a variety of transactions including numerous deals within the beauty, personal care, health & wellness, and other branded consumer categories.

Prior to founding Full Send, he held positions at FocalPoint Partners and B. Riley Financial; Intrepid Investment Bankers; Houlihan Lokey's Financial Restructuring Group, and Libra Securities.

Bryant Yu

Managing Director, Head of Technology

Bryant has more than 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience. He specializes in advising technology clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.

Prior to joining Full Send, he led B. Riley’s Technology M&A practice, where he advised private equity and entrepreneur-owned technology companies as well as covered several of publicly traded tech firms.

Before joining B. Riley, he led the diligence and execution of lower middle-market private equity investments at Bacchus Capital Management and advised on nearly $3 billion of aggregate consideration at Prager, Sealy & Co., LLC.

Joel Lindenberg

Managing Director, Head of Buy-Side Investment Banking

Joel has facilitated billions in middle-market M&A and capital raises. In addition to core expertise in investment banking, Joel has been instrumental in founding, funding, and exiting companies as an entrepreneur, angel investor, and board member.

Joel is an expert in buy-side investment banking and deal origination. He has built and led deal sourcing practices for multiple, middle-market investment banks and private equity firms.

Gayane Kirakosyan

Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets

Gayane has over 20+ years of investment banking experience advising companies and financial sponsors on debt and equity capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and complex financial restructurings, including bankruptcies. Over the course of her career, she has closed over $3.1 billion in transactions across a broad range of industries and capital structures.

Gayane works closely with management teams and sponsors to design and execute tailored capital solutions supporting refinancings, growth initiatives, acquisition financings, and special situations, including rescue capital. Her capital markets expertise spans asset-based lending, senior and first-lien debt, unitranche, second-lien, subordinated and mezzanine financings, as well as minority and structured equity investments, allowing her to deliver flexible and sustainable outcomes for clients across market cycles.

Gayane currently serves as a board member of TransPacific Holdings, an investment firm focused on consolidating companies in the HVAC, electrical and plumbing industries, and is Vice Chair of the Women of ACG Los Angeles.

Gerry Hoare

Strategic Advisor

With a career spanning over four decades in banking, capital markets, and alternative lending, Gerry brings invaluable expertise and a deep network to our Strategic Advisory Board.

As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oyster Capital Finance, our affiliated debt fund and merchant bank, Gerry has played a pivotal role in securing over $500 million in wholesale funding for alternative lenders in the UK. His connections across institutional, corporate, and private capital providers place him at the forefront of the capital-raising ecosystem.

Gerry’s leadership track record includes serving as Managing Director at the Bank of Ireland, where he built and scaled their specialized European asset-based lending group to over $800 million in just three years.

Marc Cohen

Strategic Advisor

Marc is a recognized industry leader with over 20 years of experience in founding, scaling, and successfully exiting staffing businesses.

Most notably, he co-founded and led ConSol Partners, an award-winning technology staffing firm, driving it to over $180 million in sales across 40-plus countries before its successful acquisition.

With experience leading operations in the U.K., Europe, Australia, and the U.S., Marc brings a truly global perspective from his base in Los Angeles, Calif.
