Full Send Partners Welcomes Gayane Kirakosyan as Head of Capital Markets

Expands Capital Markets Capabilities with Strategic Leadership

Full Send Partners is pleased to announce that Gayane Kirakosyan has joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets. Her appointment further strengthens the firm’s capabilities across debt and equity capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and complex financial transactions.

Gayane brings over 20 years of investment banking experience advising middle-market companies and financial sponsors on debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructurings, including bankruptcies. Over the course of her career, she has closed more than $3.1 billion in transactions across a wide range of industries and capital structures.

In her role, Gayane will focus on supporting middle-market companies seeking capital for refinancings, growth initiatives, acquisition financings, and special situations, including rescue capital. Her experience spans a broad spectrum of capital solutions, including asset-based lending, senior and first-lien debt, unitranche, second-lien, subordinated and mezzanine debt, as well as minority and structured equity investments.
